Are your drivers insured to drive my car?
All our chauffeurs are fully comprehensive insured to drive any car up to a replacement value of £50,000.
How much does it cost?
If you book 2 hours or more in advance, it will cost £3.50 per mile with a minimum fare of £15. If booked less than 2 hours from booking time, it will cost £4.50 per mile with a minimum fare of £20. Please see our ‘Prices & Times’ page for more detail.
What area do you cover?
Our DriveMyCarHome service only operates in the Leicestershire area. However, if your journey requires a pick up from or drop off within Leicestershire we can also accommodate. Please contact us for more details should you have any special requirements.
Will the moped fit in my boot?
The folded moped will fit into a small car boot such as a Ford Fiesta.
Please ensure your car boot is empty as the moped requires a minimum boot space of
- 96cm(L) x 42cm(D) x 56cm(H); or
- 96cm(L) x 56cm(D) x 42cm(H)
If all the disconnected motorbike parts do not fit in the car boot, the largest part will be placed in the car boot and one or two parts will be placed on the back seat or the floor. Please note that all the parts are placed inside protective bags to keep any dirt, etc inside the bags.
Do you do multiple drop offs?
Yes, we do offer multiple drop offs. Please ensure you provide the drop off details when making your booking. This will allow us to schedule your journey and provide you an accurate price.
If details of multiple destinations are not notified at the time of booking then we cannot guarantee that the chauffeur will be able to fulfil them as this may have an impact to other jobs scheduled.
Do you only cover journeys in Leicester?
Our DriveMyCarHome service only operates in the Leicestershire area. However, if your journey requires a pick up from or drop off within Leicestershire we can also accommodate. Please contact us for more details should you have any special requirements.
Do you charge for waiting time?
After our chauffeur driver arrives at your location at the specified time, the first 5 minutes waiting time is FREE. Thereafter, there is a charge of £2.50 for every additional 5 minutes of waiting time.

How can I pay?
All payments will need to be paid to the Chauffeur in cash.
